Austin is the chief innovator and driving force behind Datto. When Austin founded Datto in 2007 his goal was to create the best backup and disaster recovery (BDR) and business continuity (BC) solution available; he succeeded. Concurrently, he has led Datto to incredible growth.
Datto has made the coveted Inc. 500 for three consecutive years, in 2012, 2013 and 2014. The company has also received numerous industry awards, for company growth, product excellence and technical support.
More than the accolades, Austin is proud to have created a unique culture at Datto; to always look ahead, exceed expectations, and keep Datto Partners at the forefront of everything we do.
Austin is major shareholder at Datto. He has a degree in Bioinformatics from Rochester Institute of Technology, and holds several patents. In 2014 he was named a Finalist for Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, as well as named a CRN Top 25 Innovator and a CRN Top 50 Midmarket IT Vendor Executive. Austin sits on the Board of the Connecticut Technology Council.
Chris Tate is Datto’s Business Development Director and chief Evangelist, with over 30 years of technical and business experience working within MSP’s he travels the globe helping our partners grow through education, evangelism and good old fashioned humour.
Andrew is Managing Director of Datto’s EMEA business and brings over a decade of experience in the IT industry. Andrew was instrumental in Datto’s expansion into EMEA and has a unique background, as he has worked both on the vendor side and as a Managed Services Provider.
Prior to Datto, Andrew was Managing Director for both Clark Integrated Technologies and most recently, Paradeon Technologies, which he founded to distribute emerging technologies like Datto to the UK channel.
Andrew is based in the European headquarters in Reading, Berkshire, UK.
Ian is responsible for overseeing the company’s global product strategy and driving user experience. He plays a critical role in continuing the company’s path of innovation and commitment to keep critical business technology running. Ian has spent the majority of his career in the IT channel with contributions to organizations such as CompTIA, HTG, and the ASCII group.
Situated in the heart of London, Hilton London Metropole offers easy access to Heathrow Airport and the City. The hotel is opposite the Edgware Road tube stations and near Hyde Park, Regent's Park, London Zoo, Madame Tussauds, and the Planetarium.
